§ 001 / Consulting

Manufacturing documentation, engineered.

You send us a process video or raw materials. We deliver a finished, structured document your team can use from day one.

§ 001-A  /  What we deliver

Five types of deliverable,
one standard of quality.

Process SOPs
Work Instructions
FAT and commissioning protocols
Equipment manuals and maintenance guides
Quality checklists and inspection records
§ 001-B  /  How it works

Three steps.
No back and forth.

Step 01

You share the raw material. A process video, voice notes, an existing rough document, or a written brief. Whatever you have is fine as a starting point.

Step 02

We review and ask one round of questions if needed. No lengthy kickoff calls or discovery phases. One exchange, then we write.

Step 03

You receive a structured, formatted deliverable ready to use on day one. Review, request one round of changes, done.

§ 001-C  /  When to call us

Five situations where
documentation debt gets expensive.

New facility or production line starting up
New equipment being commissioned
Audit coming up and documentation is behind
Key person leaving who carries too much knowledge
Hiring new operators who need structured training materials
§ 001-D  /  Pricing

Start with one document,
no commitment.

Pricing structure

Single deliverables from $500. Scope depends on complexity and length. Most first engagements fall in the $500 to $1,500 range. Ongoing retainers available once the fit is clear — typically $2,000 to $5,000 per month depending on volume. Reach out and we will scope it together.
