Aptibot is one accountable person — an engineer who spent eight years inside regulated, high-volume manufacturing and then learned to ship software. The same hands write the document and build the tool.

I'm a mechanical and process engineer. I've spent my career making products manufacturable, repeatable and compliant — and then I learned to build software so the systems could enforce what the documents promised.
Most recently I've worked in process technology and validation for drug-delivery devices under ISO 13485 and MDR — authoring IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, running PFMEA sessions, and holding process capability above Cpk 1.33. Before that, new-product introduction for Apple-program consumer electronics, ramping lines from prototype to mass volume and lifting first-pass yield from 85% to 92%. Earlier, NPD leadership on medical and industrial equipment — orthopedic surgical instruments, IoT devices, 50+ part assemblies.
That's the background most documentation services don't have, and most software shops have never seen. It means when you describe a process, I already know the failure modes, the tolerances, the records an auditor will want — and I can build the tool that keeps them in line.
Aptibot is the practice; I'm the person behind every deliverable. I work under a professional alias — clients get full transparency on credentials and references under NDA.
If those terms are part of your day, we'll understand each other in the first email. If they're not, that's exactly what you're hiring for.
Every engagement opens with a fixed scope and price. No surprises, no scope creep billed after the fact.
You work directly with the engineer doing the work. The person who scoped it is the person who delivers it.
Your processes, data and code are never shared, published, or reused. Confidentiality is the starting position, not an upsell.
Documents and code are yours on delivery, with no lock-in. The goal is to make you independent, not dependent.
