B Software & automation

Manufacturing Automation and Internal Tools, Built by an Engineer.

When the answer is software, you get an engineer who scopes tight, ships fast, and doesn't vanish into a six-month build. Start with one workflow. The proof it can become a real product is already live.

01 Proof, shipped

StmtSnap — a product, not a prototype.

Live SaaS · designed, built & operated end-to-end

Any Indian bank statement, into clean data in ~30 seconds.

StmtSnap converts bank-statement PDFs into Excel, CSV, Tally XML and QuickBooks formats using OCR trained on Indian banking layouts. Built and run as a real product — billing, accounts, edge cases, uptime, support. This is the bar the custom-software work is held to.

02 What gets built

From a script that saves an afternoon to a product you sell.

03 The terms that matter for a build

You own it. You can leave. Your data stays yours.

Ownership

All code & IP transfer to you

Source code, repositories, infrastructure config and documentation are handed over in full. You can run it, change it, or hire anyone to — no dependency on Aptibot.

No lock-in

Standard stacks, your accounts

Built on mainstream, well-supported technology and deployed to your own cloud accounts where possible. Nothing proprietary you can't walk away with.

Data handling

Least-access, documented

Access scoped to what the build needs, credentials handled securely, and a written account of what data is touched and where it lives.

Confidentiality

NDA before code

NDA signed before any access to systems or data. Your business logic and data are never reused, shared, or exposed to third-party model training.

04 How to engage

Start with a fixed-scope pilot.

05 Common questions

Frequently asked about manufacturing automation and software.

What kinds of manufacturing workflows can be automated?

Repetitive data entry, copy-paste between systems, shift report generation, approval routing, and integrations between ERP, MES, and spreadsheets. Custom automation is scoped to a single, clearly defined workflow using ISA-aligned control standards and MESA International manufacturing integration principles, or bespoke scripts. If it is done the same way every day and does not require judgment, it can be automated.

Do I own the code and infrastructure after the project?

Yes, fully. Source code, repositories, hosting accounts, and all documentation transfer at project completion. There is no ongoing dependency on Aptibot to operate the system. You can hire anyone to extend or modify it from day one.

How is this different from hiring a software agency?

A generalist agency learns your domain on your budget. Aptibot already knows the plant floor. Tolerances, validation requirements, change control, and audit readiness are already understood, so the specification is right the first time. You are not paying for the engineer to learn what a Cpk is. The full track record is on the Work page.

What does a typical automation pilot scope look like?

One clearly defined workflow, fixed price, two to four week delivery. For example: automating shift report generation from a spreadsheet into a formatted PDF sent to a distribution list, or wiring a part-approval email into a tracking sheet with status flags. The pilot result is usable in production from day one, not a prototype.
